These are the largest size of this type of tin I know about. About 3 1/2 inches square by 5 inches tall. They hold 28 fluid ounces or about 2 cups of dry material. The corners are rounded and have a seam on one edge. The lids are the slip-on type.
They're designed for coffee or tea, of course, but could be used to store just about anything: cookies, candy, art or sewing supplies. Or decorate them for a nice gift. Do be careful about wet or caustic substances though because they are not the rust-proof type.
