This is my favorite formula right now! I went to bed so angry and unhappy about a situation in my work life and decided to reach for a healthier perspective. So I used Open-Hearted Loving and the next thing I knew I was crying and telling Paul how much I loved him, I forgave my employer for their choices, I forgave myself for being so fretful and upset about nothing, and I started to believe that I could expect to be thought of well and treated more kindly than I was assuming. In short, it helped me feel more loving and deserving of love! Just what it is supposed to do.
